A subset of the GlobalPatterns dataset from the phyloseq package, filtered to five habitat types (Soil, Ocean, Freshwater, Freshwater creek, Sediment estuary) and reshaped to long format. Relative abundance (RA) is pre-calculated per ASV per sample.
